Production workshops:
The ring spinning workshop with 50,000 pcs ring spinning machines and the OE spinning workshop with 3 pcs OE spinning machines. Monthly production capacity is 200 tons yarns.
The main yarn types in regular forms: 100% cotton yarn, 100% polyester yarn, 100% acrylic yarn, TC blend yarn, Polyester and acrylic blend yarn, cotton & linen yarn and nylon yarn, etc.
The functional yarns:
Hollow yarn, highly absorbent yarn, anti-bacterial yarn, anti-static yarn and anti-yellow yarn, etc. The yarns we produce are mainly used for knitted fabrics and knitted socks.
Professional team:
Technical staff are all from the former state-owned top-dyed yarn company. They have more than 30 years experience in producing top-dyed yarn and melange yarn.
